The guaranteed maintenance program consists of a weekly visit to water, spray, prune, trim, remove all dead leaves on and surrounding the plant, to turn the plant regularly to insure even growth, fertilize, add soil and top dressing as needed, clean, wipe, dust and shine the leaves as needed, clean and dust the containers, and replace plants that have deteriorated in appearance or have outgrown their areas.
